The Movement > Who works with us? >
|
An organization committed to improving the quality of life of a nation and its awareness of its environment would be very short sighted if it wanted to "go it alone". Many groups with ideas similar to the GMSL have fallen by the wayside or ground to a halt too tired to continue precisely because of this failing. The Greens ground presence is made possible because they work in tandem with 153 CBOs and NGOs.
The local communities are mobilized for environment conservation and sustainable development purposes with substantial help of these groups. The Greens gratefully acknowledge their large contribution to the causes espoused by them and in turn help them when they are in grave need.
This simple model allows for astonishing speed of action when it is required. It also helps gather and maintain vast quantities of information and data directly from the sources with little cost other than the willingness and commitment of human beings. |
